Stuart Wachs is the Founder of Impact Group, where he and his team engage with small to mid-market companies, as well as nonprofits, and their leadership teams to help them achieve personal and company growth, enhance profitability, foster a positive culture, and prepare for strategic transitions. With over 20 years of CEO experience in for profit and not for profit organizations he has successfully led organizational startups, scales, and turnarounds as well as growing and exiting from his own company.
Stuart has 10 plus years of coaching and consulting and is a certified Metronomics coach. He brings a unique and highly effective perspective as an expert business and leadership coach to help leaders and organizations define their purpose, align their direction, and develop strategies to increase their revenue and impact.
Casey is passionate about coaching church and school leadership through choppy waters to lead their organization to sail in sustainable and funded growth. As the founder of Escale Advisors (est. 2015), he is on a mission to see leaders break out of their scarcity mindsets to unleash the power of healthy, team-based, joy-filled productivity.
With over 25 years in Organization Growth Leadership, Strategy Design and Execution, Fund Development and Capital Project Planning roles, Casey knows what it means to run the rat-race, but still come away empty and unfulfilled. Using that knowledge, he reframes it through his 10 years (and counting) experience as a trainer and facilitator, to encourage and empower church and school leadership to chart their course for lasting impact and sustainability.
With over 30 years of nonprofit leadership and management experience, Nancy strives to inspire nonprofit leaders to achieve success both personally and for their organization. With a focus on leadership development, she supports nonprofit leaders to grow and evolve into lifelong learners. She is a passionate and enthusiastic advocate for her clients.
Her extensive experience working within the nonprofit sector and her MBA brings a unique combination of perspective, experience and education, to help her nonprofit clients develop effective nonprofit business strategies, grow their organizations and perform at a high level of success.
